Prompt service from nurse and able for doc to see me for 30 secs to get a prescription now and very helpful friendly staff.

I think the pharmacy services have been cut back too far. For repeat subscriptions if you can't get into the surgery and you can't use the web site how do you order?? Bring back the telephone service. It worked well for us patients before. It is still difficult to get an appointment with you preferred Doctor, who has treated you for many years, sometimes weeks.

I need 48hr attention with the practices nurses & Drs Thompson & Craggs. The care and close attention from all reception staff to all my needs are far exceeded and so pleased that I chose to put my care in this practice when leaving London for North Holmwood. I know my quaility of life as a disabled patient is made better with their care. Also I must also thanks the on-site pharmacy for ensuring my medication is available for me. Also for my wife who is in cancer remmission. I also need the services of the councellors who over the years have prevented me from falling into a dark zone. Finally, To Annette & her admin team. Nothing is a problem and always make you feel that your needs are being cared for. I would never consider anyone who say's their practice is better. Thank you for giving a care that gives me life.
